• Information, access to mental health info through our lending library and referral to community services and resources 

• Facilitated support groups for people with mental illness, family members and caregivers

• Counselling services and expressive art therapy for:
  • children and youth
  • adults
  • families
  • couples

• Public education through workshops, public health forums, presentations and special events

• A mental health education program offered to high school students through youth-facilitated discussion groups, YouthNet Delta

• A Creative Arts Therapy program helping children explore their creative selves while nurturing their emotional health.
